The California Dreamin’ subjects are taken from photographs shot on trips romanticizing the natural forms of Southern California while utilizing the Green, Orange, and Purple Triad. An orange dominated vision which features tree like forms. Transparency/Opacity is a key element. Visual interest is created by working on a wet surface and using a variety of brush sizes and marks.
