A painterly example of the space supporting form idea. Unlike most of the work operating under this concept there is an all over approach to this painting, with paint and charcoal being mixed and blended on the surface. As with most of my work there was an exploration of light and dark interaction, variation of line, and spatial relationships during the execution of this painting.
