Each purchase is for an original piece of art and is nonreturnable. Please ask all questions including requests for additional images (from the side, detail shots, and/or in an environment), information on weight, or specifics on hanging recommendations prior to completing your purchase.

All works are shipped within five business days from the date of the purchase. The customer will receive an email with a tracking number on the date of shipping. The shipping fee will be determined by the location of the buyer and the most reasonable offered by the shipping company. Within 48 hours two shipping quotes will be provided to purchaser to choose from, whether its a lower cost for a longer delivery time or a higher cost for quicker delivery. Actual cost of shipping will be provided to buyer. There is no handling fee.

International buyers: any and all customs/duty fees related to your delivery are the responsibility of the buyer. By completing a purchase on steventritt.com, you are agreeing to these terms.

All works are shipped professionally packaged and fully insured. Should your purchase arrive damaged, please contact me to begin the process of filing a refund claim with the shipping carrier company. Detailed description and photographs documenting the damage are necessary to file a claim. The time frame on resolving a claim is set by the carrier company and not Steven Tritt. I appreciate your patience and cooperation. Part of the claims process will be the returning of the damaged work to Steven Tritt at no cost to the purchaser.
